Question asked in Visa and Immigration
Do I have to face a visa interview for UK visa?
Asked by: rubin Answers: 1 Views: 1702 Asked on: Mon, 29 Dec 2008 06:07:22 GMT Question Description
Previously we had to face a visa interview to obtain a British study visa in Nepal but I came to know visa facing is no more required. Is that true? Don’t I have to face a visa interview anymore? Will they issue me a visa without my interview with a visa consular? Please make me clear on my doubts. Thank You.

In Nepal, visa interview is no more required until there is a special situation. Generally, visa is issued on basis of your documents only but sometimes, due to some doubts on your documents, you may be called for a visa interview. Since your documents are forwarded to New Delhi in India for final decision on visa application, it is not possible for all to go to India so the chance of getting called for an interview is extremely low.
