How do I get a visa to study in Malaysia?

Question Description
How to get Malaysian study visa? What are the procedure to obtain the student visa of Malaysia? Where to apply? What are the application fees in any? What are the documents needed? I want answer of all these questions.
Answer

All visa application should be submitted to the High Commission of Malaysia, Islamabad through the authorized visa drop box agents.

Student Visa Requirements

Original passport & 1 photocopy of passport
Visa application form
2 passport size photographs (blue background)
1 photocopy of Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC)
Original approval letter from Department of Immigration Malaysia
Letter from Company / University (if applicable)
Invitation letter (if any)
Payment of visa fee
